AFTER BOOKING
Once you have booked with us, kindly email to marketing@flamingo.com.sg the following info:
– Please state order number
– Please provide passport particulars (name, passport no, date of birth, date of issue, date of expiry, gender)
– Please provide your preferred trip date.
BEFORE DEPARTURE
a. Please ensure your passport has a min validity of 6 months from travelling date
b. Please check if you need a visa to enter Batam. For ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, you can travel to Batam visa-free for holiday purposes.
c. Purchase Travel insurance to Batam at $8 per person only (recommended – NOT mandatory). Please purchase it here. Please keep a copy of your Travel Insurance Policy in your mobile phone or carry a printed copy.
ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE
Please present your passport(s) and booking confirmation or travel itinerary at Sindo Ferry counter at Harbourfront Centre #03-43
Please be there 90 mins before your departure time.
You can purchase Indonesian Rupiah at Harbourfront Centre on both Level 1 and Level 2. Alternatively, you may acquire more Indonesian Rupiah upon your arrival at Batam Centre, where Currency Exchange Services (Money Changer) are conveniently located next to the Arrival Gate.
If you require a Visa On Arrival, the application fee is Rp500,000 per person. Cash in Indonesian Rupiah is accepted. Check the Visa Information here.
